  • LaCoya Shelton is the Chief Executive Officer of Revolutionary HR Consulting. LaCoya has had a successful career leading and developing agile and progressive HR organizations that are grounded in service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic ability. For decades, LaCoya has dedicated her talents to creating workplaces where organization and employee goals work in concert and thrive. Prior to launching Revolutionary HR Consulting, LaCoya spent many years in the c-suite leading large and small HR systems and teams.

  • Barbara Basel is a Senior Organizational Development Executive, Strategic Partner, Certified Coach and Consultant with Revolutionary HR. Barb brings over 30 years of experience in higher education executive leadership, human resources, financial aid, admissions, administration, budget & finance, and project management.

    Barb possesses an MA in Human Service Administration, BS in Elementary Education and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), MBTI, CCL & DDI. Barb is a Certified Professional Coach and is a graduate of the Global Team Coaching Institute’s Gateway to Team Coaching Program.

  • Lori Lindseth is a Senior Consultant and Strategic Partner with Revolutionary HR Consulting. As a talented HR practitioner with over 25 years of Human Resource management experience, she is proficient at implementing strategies that help align team performance with business objectives, while building a positive work culture. She is a sought-after expert HR witness, providing independent, impartial, and unbiased evidence opinion.

    Lori holds a master’s degree in human resource management, a bachelor’s degree in communication and numerous HR related certifications. She is also a certified mediator with expertise in performance management, talent acquisition and development, management training, employee and labor relations, policy development and pay and reward practices.

  • Gloria Diaz is a Senior Consultant and Strategic Partner with Revolutionary HR. A continuous improvement expert with more than thirty years of management experience in the financial services, healthcare and government sectors, Gloria continues to lead the development and deployment of quality management systems.

    Gloria is a certified manager of quality/organizational excellence. She is well known across Arizona and nationally for her expertise in total quality management, and in the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. Gloria holds a degree in business management from St. John’s University and a professional designation as a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from the American Society for Quality.

  • Megan Tormey is Strategic Partner and Consultant with Revolutionary HR Consulting. A driven change agent focused on helping organizations achieve strategic goals, Megan has expertise in organizational design, project management, process development and improvement, change management, communication, and training to develop strategic, holistic solutions.

    Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Human Resource Management from Grand Canyon University.

    A certified facilitator for FranklinCovey for 24 years, Alicia earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology and has earned various certifications including Prosci Change Management, Situational Leadership, Everything DiSC and CliftonStrengths.

  • Shanel Carter, Consultant and Strategic Partner, brings over 20 years of diverse Human Resources experience across multiple industries. Shanel has successfully advanced organizational initiatives spanning all functional areas of HR/talent management.

    Shanel’ s educational credentials include Strategic HR, Business Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Mediation, Title IX & VII Education Policy and Administration. She certified in DEI, Ethical and Inclusive Leadership, and Title IX Investigations.

  • Jackie Killourie provides executive and project support to the team at Revolutionary HR Consulting and has spent more than twenty years in various capacities within Human Resources.
