A driven change agent focused on helping organizations achieve strategic goals, Megan has expertise in organizational design, project management, process development and improvement, change management, communication, and training to develop strategic, holistic solutions.
With experience in both the public and private sector environments, Megan’s work has focused on creating solutions that drive continuous improvement and that are sustainable. Her roles leading business process improvement efforts and supporting senior leadership with implementing various initiatives have allowed Megan to advance initiatives in all functional areas of human resources.
Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in in Business Management from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Human Resource Management from Grand Canyon University.
